ConectaLab provides comprehensive European project management and communication services, with particular expertise in local government, international cooperation and cultural management.
Working with Murcia City Council, we have managed the municipality’s participation in European projects and networks, covering technical coordination, activity delivery, partner liaison, stakeholder engagement, reporting, communication and dissemination.
Our experience also encompasses work connected to the New European Bauhaus and the Culture and Cultural Heritage Partnership of the Urban Agenda for the EU, bringing together sustainable urban development, culture, heritage and community participation.
Cultural management is an integral part of our practice. We combine European project expertise with experience in cultural programming, artistic coordination and the activation of cultural and heritage spaces, connecting institutions, creative professionals and local communities.
Our work connects the local and international dimensions of each project: coordinating municipal teams and international partners, organising transnational meetings and study visits, facilitating participatory processes, preparing deliverables and communicating results.
